One of the bios about Peter Chappell describes him as an innovator and that he certainly is. That he is a homeopath immediately makes some people skeptical because homeopathy works on totally different principles than allopathic medicine. Having worked with homeopathy for myself and my cats (I stopped having to buy antihistamines for allergies) that didn’t trouble me at all. And I began my sound frequency explorations with homeopathic frequencies. Back in 2009 I was overjoyed to find the Peter Chappell sound remedies on the internet. (Although I am still unsure if PC Downloads referred to Personal Computer or Peter Chappell).
Peter Chappell’s first book was Emotional Healing with Homeopathy. He then went on to do extensive work in Africa redefining homeopathy for epidemic and chronic diseases. Peter claimed much success working with AIDS in Africa.
The Second Simillimum was published in 2005. In 2009 Peter gave away a number of sound remedies for free including one for the swine flu which was a concern at the time. That got the skeptics going.
Meanwhile, I gave copies of some of the audio remedies to a dog owner I knew. His dog endured chronic pain. It was believed that he had been attacked by another dog while leashed to a clothesline. The dog owner told me how he was playing through each of the audios on his computer. When he played the injury/trauma remedy, the dog who had been lying down snoozing, sat up, ears up and listened.
The remedies were personalized and you downloaded the sound file itself to your portable audio device. They included audio files for disease, first aid, phobias and emotional trauma. Peter’s other older site, sold standard homeopathic pills available only to homeopathic practitioners.
But Peter didn’t stop with the PC downloads. He went on to create Personal Performance Downloads (PPDs) while working with ice hockey players. These sound remedies were described as: “treating your past trauma, calming down your hyperactive survival instincts (flight, fight and freeze) and enhancing positive aspects of yourself (love, stillness, wisdom, inner connection)”.These were not downloadable audio files but streamed resonances accessed by subscription.
After the PPDs came Peter’s next book Homeopathy for Diseases co-authored with Harry van der Zee in 2012. But this man doesn’t stop. Then he moved on to specialize sound remedies that “detox, enhance and heal”.. He had several subscription plans all of which included access to 80+ detoxes and 50+ enhancers.
UPDATE: March 13, 2022
All of the above was posted in November, 2014 and I have had to remove links, a video and present tenses because Peter’s work keeps evolving, though he is now retired. Its current form is Source Medicine and Dr. Leilani van Hoten updated with this comment:
Hello.
I just came across this article and would like to provide an update! I am the Executive Director of Source Medicine that now holds and develops this approach.
After I met Peter in 2014 we co-developed his original work with PC Remedies and established Source Medicine, a non-profit organisation to continue and evolve this work (see http://www.sourcemedicine.zone).
The resonances were renamed as Source Resonances, to be true to their essence and we now deliver these via our website (and in future our SourceSound app).
We have a range of anecdotal feedback about the use of audio Source Resonances with animals but have not focused on exploring this in depth as yet – and would be delighted to hear more of people’s experiences.

The Source Medicine website has provided resonances (frequencies) to ease the suffering of both animals and people affected by the conflict in Ukraine. Please listen and share.

Thank you, Cat Lady, for posting all this helpful information on Peter Chappell’s audio and pill remedies. And thank you for caring for cats. I wish other people would treat animals better.
Thank you for visiting and commenting. And I share your wish for better treatment for animals.
Do you do audio remedies
Definitely…I have an mp3 play full of them for myself and my cats — and all kinds too: brainwave entrainment, homeopathic, Rife type frequencies etc.
Hello, I’d love to play them to my dog as well. Where I can buy them? Thank you, Veronym.
Hi Veronym. Peter Chappell has evolved and his products have changed since that post was written. You may find his products at https://www.sourcemedicine.zone/index.Another source of homeopathic audios is Sandra Hickman (my review at https://frequencyremedies4petsandpeople.com/streaming-remedies-for-you-your-animals-a-review/. Also you may find Ken Uzzell’s sound generator/database helpful: https://frequencyremedies4petsandpeople.com/sound-generator-software-with-a-database-of-disorders/. Hope you find what you need.

Also there are obituary notices for several people with that name. I am unsure if one of them is his.

Thank you for your interest. As a long time cat rescuer, sometimes working with feral (wild) cats, I find audio frequencies to be literal life savers in some cases. The more people aware of them, the better.
